These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, orders and services between LaPerruque and customers residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.

1. Conclusion of Contract

1.1 Online Shop

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer.

The automatically generated order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

The contract is concluded only upon:

• explicit confirmation by e-mail, or

• dispatch of the goods.

LaPerruque reserves the right not to accept orders in cases of unavailability, delivery obstacles, or obvious errors (e.g. pricing errors).

Payments already made will be refunded in such cases.

1.2 Offers after Consultation / Product Selection

Following consultation or fitting, a written offer may be issued.

The contract is concluded upon explicit acceptance of the offer by the customer.

Acceptance creates a binding obligation to pay.

Subsequent non-payment does not cancel the contract.

Production, procurement or reservation begins after receipt of payment.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 10 days without deduction unless otherwise agreed.

For custom-made products or reserved goods, full prepayment or a deposit may be required.

In the event of late payment, LaPerruque is entitled to:

• charge reminder fees

• claim statutory default interest

• withdraw from the contract

• claim damages

3. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of LaPerruque until full payment has been received.

4. Custom-Made Products

Custom-made and individually adapted products are excluded from return and withdrawal rights.

The full remuneration remains due even in cases of non-collection.

Minor variations in color, structure, length or density do not constitute defects.

A claim for re-manufacture exists only in the case of proven manufacturing defects.

5. Returns & Hygiene

Non-personalized goods in their original unopened packaging may be returned within 3 days.

Wigs, hairpieces and extensions are considered hygiene products and are excluded from return once worn or tried on.

Returns due to personal dissatisfaction are excluded.

6. Default of Acceptance & Storage

Uncollected goods may be stored free of charge for up to 6 months.

After this period, storage fees may be charged.

Any loss of value or quality changes due to storage are borne by the customer.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are non-binding estimates.

Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract or claim damages.

In cases of force majeure (e.g. supply shortages, transport disruptions, governmental measures), delivery periods shall be reasonably extended.

8. Warranty

Warranty claims are limited to manufacturing defects.

Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt in writing with photo documentation.

Normal wear, improper care or external influences do not constitute valid claims.

9. Consultation

A professional consultation lasts up to 60 minutes and costs CHF 100.

This amount will be credited towards a purchase.

Consultations are free of charge for chemotherapy patients and clients with diagnosed alopecia.

The selection is curated.

For hygiene and quality reasons, unlimited fitting of multiple models is excluded.

Appointments are arranged exclusively via the website contact form.

10. IV and Third-Party Payers

Even in cases of cost coverage by the disability insurance (IV), the customer remains the sole contractual partner.

Payment obligations towards LaPerruque remain unaffected by decisions of the cost carrier.

11. Liability

Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded.

Mandatory statutory liability remains reserved.

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively.

Place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.

13. Final Provisions

Side agreements or oral commitments are valid only if confirmed in writing.

Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
