Hair donation guide
Thank you for choosing to donate your hair! Here you will find all the necessary information and steps to correctly prepare and send your hair donation to us.
Requirements for Hair Donation:
1. Length: The donated hair must be at least 35 cm long.
2. Unprocessed: The hair should be uncolored, not bleached, and without any permanent waves.
3. Healthy: The hair should be healthy, without brittleness or split ends.
Preparing the Hair:
1. Washing the Hair:
- Thoroughly wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner.
- Let the hair air dry completely or gently blow-dry it. The hair must be completely dry before cutting.
2. Combing the Hair:
- Carefully comb your hair to ensure it is free of knots and tangles.
Cutting the Hair:
1. Sectioning the Hair:
- Divide your hair into 4-6 even sections. This makes cutting easier and ensures all hair is cut evenly.
2. Braiding:
- Secure each section with a sturdy hair tie into 4 braids. Ensure the hair ties are tight so the hair doesn’t come apart.
3. Cutting:
- Cut the hair directly above the hair tie. Ensure the entire length of at least 35 cm is retained.
Preparing for Shipping:
1. Drying:
- Ensure the cut hair is completely dry before packaging.
2. Packaging:
- Place the braids or ponytails in a resealable plastic bag. This protects the hair from moisture and contamination.
- Use a piece of paper or a small pouch to provide extra protection for the plastic bag.

- Send the package via mail or courier to the address above. Ensure the package is securely and tightly packed to avoid damage during transport.

Please note that we do not produce wigs from donated hair ourselves, as we are not a manufacturing company but a specialized retail and consulting business.
For this reason, we recommend that inquiries of this nature be addressed directly to large wig manufacturers or specialized production facilities that have the appropriate infrastructure and processes in place.
