WARRANTY
Our team consisting of hair suppliers, hairdressers, manufacturers guarantee the reliability of the products. Defects that are apparent when the item is delivered must be handed over to us in writing immediately after receipt, otherwise the goods are deemed to have been approved. Because the wigs are individually handcrafted, slight deviations in colour, length and hair structure do not entitle the hair to be returned.
Since hair is a natural product, we do not grant an exchange/guarantee for defects that occur in nature.
Excluded from the warranty are damages that can be traced back to natural wear and tear, improper treatment by the customer, or insufficient or incorrect care. The durability of our bonding material requires professional training by Wigmaker, for which we do not guarantee.
Please keep the documents required to prove the start of the warranty (order confirmation, delivery note, etc.) carefully.
We have done our best to reproduce the colors of our products as faithfully as possible. The quality of the images also depends on your screen. Therefore we cannot guarantee that all colors can be reproduced perfectly and true to the original.
