If a product is currently unavailable, please contact us by email. You will then immediately receive detailed information about production and delivery time (approx. 14 working days) as well as an invoice. After receipt of payment, we will make your personalized wig and then send it. Shipping is by courier or post. The delivery time varies depending on the courier service, shipping method, recipient address and the adjustment of the hat. Longer delivery times may apply for shipments outside Switzerland.
