The hairpieces from the Mini Real Hair Piece Topper line were designed by LaPerruque employees. The small topper is a luxury hairpiece that slightly thickens and conceals a receding hairline, high forehead or thinning hair on the top of the head. We regularly make a few pieces in some of the common basic hair colors. They are only one-off pieces and each one is different and unique, just like the braids we use to make them.
 We can also make the topper according to your wishes and exactly your hair color.
